How far can I go with the Free Sandbox for Developers?
The Free Sandbox for Developers is great for try all product features and test your integration for as long as you want before going to production. Once you a ready to roll out to the field at any scale, it is time to go to choose between Monthly at list price or annualized Contract at a discount.
When should I choose Monthly at list price?
If your usage at list price is less than $1,000/month, you would be better off adding a payment method to go to production with Monthly pay for what you use. You pay for the features you use irrespective of the number of drivers tracked. Any drivers tracked without use of features will be billed at $1 per month. This gives you control, flexibility and predictability as you scale your business.
When should I consider entering into a Contract at discount?
Once your spend exceeds $1,000/month, you would be better off getting a quote for an annualized contract. After understanding your volume forecast, we will propose multiple options to choose from. As such, discounts will depend on the annualized contract value. Higher spend commit, higher term commit and better payment terms will lead to more discounts.
Do you have a staging account?
Yes, once you are in production as customer, we recommend that you set up a separate account as staging. Staging accounts are free and have fewer rate limits than sandbox accounts. They help you keep your test and production environments separate.
Do I get billed for the usage volume on the Consumption Interfaces?
No. Consuming the features through all interfaces is unlimited use with no additional fee.
